When buying a home that requires the purchaser to obtain a mortgage loan there are many actions that the home buyer might not realize can jeopardize them getting approved for the mortgage loan.

I felt very comfortable working with Stephanie as she knew the area very well. Stephanie immediately knew what I was looking for which helped a lot in not wasting too much time. She was very patient with me through the the very long hunting/buying process. I would highly recommend Stephanie if you are looking to buy a home.

I worked with other realtors in the past but I decided to stick with Jessica because she was at tentative to what I was looking for. She was never pushy which was important for me.
