Chris really made the whole selling and negotiating process as stress-free for us as could ever be possible. I would highly recommend Chris Geist for any seller or buyer in the market.

Karen did a great job researching the comparable homes in the area in order to come up with a competitive price. She was influential in affordable upgrades that would attract buyers. Overall she is very efficient and trustworthy.
