Sayreville

The borough of Sayreville NJ is located on the southern bank of the Raritan River on 18.7 square miles, approximately 24 miles southwest of Lower Manhattan and 50 miles northeast of Philadelphia.

Sayreville has a very nice variety of housing options, good schools and a location that is convenient to transportation and shopping.  The Garden State Parkway runs through Sayreville giving residents quick access to the northern cities of Hoboken, Jersey City and New York City.  Staten Island is just a short drive over the Outer Bridge from Sayreville. This makes Sayreville a favorite of residents in Staten Island who are interested in buying a home in New Jersey but don't want to be to far from where they grew up.  Going South from Sayreville will get you to the New Jersey beach towns very quickly.   Sayreville touches the Raritan Bay to the East.  Raritan Bay offers many recreational options including boating, fishing, water skiing and access to New York Harbor.
