CENTURY 21 Sylvia Geist Agency is currently interested in hiring new sales associates to work in our busy East Brunswick New Jersey office.  The Real Estate Business offers unlimited potential and the ability to make your own hours, be your own boss, set your own goals.

 CENTURY 21 Sylvia Geist Agency will assist with School, licensing and training.

Candidates for a sales position at CENTURY 21 Sylvia Geist Agency  should be self motivated, have excellent people skills and have the ability to learn in an "on the job training" environment.

At CENTURY 21 Sylvia Geist Agency are looking for Middlesex County Residents, available to work during normal business hours plus some evening & weekends.  Real esatate requires a flexible schedule. 

About CENTURY 21 Sylvia Geist Agency Real Estate Classes Offer

 Class location is at 212 Durham Ave in Metuchen New Jersey -North Jersey School of RE
Tuition is $275.00 You must be sponsored into this class by our office to qualify for this reduced rate. Seating is limited.  Students may also go directly to any certified real estate school in the New Jersey and sign up directly with the school without a broker sponsorship.  The average cost of these classes is from $350 to $450.  Once a student has passed the state licensing exam they can work with any licensed real estate broker in the state of New Jersey regardless of which school they attended.

 Other Licensing Fees

 As of 06/2011 the fee to take the state exam is $60.  Once you have passed the test, the cost for a 2 year license is $100

 Class Schedule*

 Evenings Classes (12 weeks) 6:30pm -9:30pm on Two Nights a week - Monday & Wednesday 
 Day Classes (4 weeks) 4 days per week 9:00 am - 1:30 pm.  Monday thru Thursday.
 Saturday Classes (12 consecutive weeks) 9am - 3pm

Other Considerations

Before paying for and attending the pre-licensing school, candidates should be aware that when a real estate broker agrees to hire you there are additional costs you will incur on a yearly bases. They will vary depending on the company you are working with but generally these costs amount to about $900 with our company & can be as high as $1,500 & more with other real estate companies.
Real estate sale is a commission based oppertunity & new sales associates should be able to go without income from the real estate business for a minumum of 2 month from the time you start in the business. There are no guarantees but if you are successful the rewards can be great.  If you are presently unempoyed and collecting unempoyment payment you can usually continue to receive these benifit while you are getting your real estate career off the ground.
